We moved to Prince George from Kamloops in 2009.  Of course, the move brought the additional stress of selling and buying a new home.  Summer helped us out so much by giving us the attention we needed in our search for the right property.  She drove us to west to Iles Pierre, North to Chief Lake area and then south on Hwy 97 where we finally bought.  Summer made herself available to us, evenings and weekends, since our schedule was so hectic, by showing us numerous properties until we made our decision.  Our search for the right place was made "less stressful" because she is patient and a pleasure to work with.  If we ever need to buy or sell again, we will contract Summer to act as our Real Estate agent!

I worked with Summer for the sale of one home and the purchase of another. She was professional and understood my needs as well as had a good understanding of the housing market. Within 3 days of listing my house I had an accepted offer that was exactly what I had asked for. She was also quick at getting me in to see newly listed properties and sometimes a heads up on houses that were not even listed yet but soon to be on the market. The house I ended up buying, Summer had me see the morning it was put on the market and the carpets were still damp as they had just been steam cleaned! It was exactly what I was looking for. Summer was an impressive negotiator and had my offer accepted by that afternoon. I really enjoyed working with Summer. I would not only use her again but would also recommend her to anyone. 

I knew Summer sold residential real estate but when we were looking for some commercial lease space I contacted Summer.  Summer did such a wonderful job of showing us everything available, and even finding us options that were not advertised. We ended up with the perfect space for our business needs and we are so happy how everything turned out. I would recommend Summer for residential real estate or commercial leasing if you want someone who is willing to go above and beyond for her clients needs!
